C6 Corvette Z06 American Racing Headers

These are built with race-inspired technology that creates the very best performance that the exhaust industry has to offer. They are available with 1- 7\8" or 2" primaries and a choice of 3" x 3" catted or non-catted x-pipe systems. The Corvette line of systems are manufactured using only the highest quality 304 stainless steel available and need no modifications to install. They also use the highest quality and best flow in metallic substrate catalytic converters available as well as using grade 8 hardware and heavy-duty stainless steel band clamps.

A complete package will require a proper tune, and this can provide more than 50 extra horsepower across the RPM range for your Corvette. The 2" primary system is only recommended for use on a highly modified Corvette. For most stock or standard modified Z06 Corvettes, the 1 7/8" system is ideal for you.

NOTE: C6/Z06 Race systems fit standard deck height applications only. Race systems will fit C6 Model Corvettes. Race Systems are meant for MAX EFFORT BOOSTED OR N/A Applications.
