2000-2004 C5 Corvette Headlight Motor Gear Rebuild Kit

If you are hearing a grinding noise coming from your headlights then you need to replace the worn gear that raises and lowers your headlights. Our kit has a plastic gear just like GM put into your car when they built it. Using a metal gear could cause more damage if something goes wrong in the future.

Our kit includes 

(1) Reproduction Plastic Gear (these are not and never were metal)
(1) Reproduction rubber insert
