Important Installation Note:

This filter is a direct drop-in replacement. It uses the factory GM retainer to secure it in place.

• 2006 – early 2012 LS3 & LS7 Corvettes: The GM retainer is separate (not glued to the factory filter). You can reuse your original retainer — just purchase the filter only.
• Late 2012 – 2013 LS3 & LS7 Corvettes: The GM retainer is glued to the factory filter. When ordering, be sure to select the "GM Retainer" option from the drop-down menu.

Not sure which one you need? Simply remove your current air filter and check whether the retainer is glued to it or separate.
